TruGear came to us with a full platform migration - moving their existing store onto Shopify and rebuilding the buying experience from the ground up.

Their product line splits into two systems. T1 is a made-to-order range where every belt is built by the customer - we designed and built a custom interactive builder so users can configure their setup piece by piece and see exactly how it looks before buying. The catalog was redesigned around product education and brand story, giving customers the context they need to make confident decisions.

T2 is their custom belt line - we implemented a complex pouch configuration system that lets users select and combine pouch options with live visual feedback. The logic handles a large number of variants cleanly, keeping the experience simple on the surface.

The full store is SEO optimised - structured data, semantic markup, and page-level performance tuned for organic search from day one.
