Gearro came to us as a concept - a C2C marketplace for second-hand sports gear built entirely from scratch.

We handled the full product: design, development, marketing materials, and automations. The buying and selling experience was designed end-to-end - from listing creation to checkout, with a fully integrated escrow payment system that holds funds until the buyer confirms delivery, protecting both sides of every transaction.

Shipping was integrated directly into the platform with DPD across Lithuania, Latvia, and Poland - sellers generate labels without leaving the site, buyers get live tracking.

The result is a complete, production-ready marketplace with no third-party marketplace dependency - owned infrastructure, owned data, owned experience.
